You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Account once you've placed your order.

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the availability time listed on a product's detail page). Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.

We reserve the right to change this privacy statement at any time, but will alert you that changes have been made by indicating at the top of the privacy statement the date it was last updated. We encourage you to review our privacy statement to make sure you understand how information you provide will be used. If there is ever a material change to how we use information you provide and the new uses are unrelated to uses we disclose in this statement, we will communicate the changes in advance.

In the event the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer will be able to return the product within 10 calendar days from original invoiced date. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all opened packages. All refunds will be given in the original form of payment less shipping. The customer must contact Resource Displays, Inc. to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) in order to be able to return the merchandise; returns will not be allowed until an RMA number is given. All products and merchandise returned must be in original packaging and must include all the accessories, manuals, cables, and other accessories included in package.

All special and customized orders such as graphics, and/or special or custom color panel prints or fabrics, and other special non standard and custom items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. For more information, please contact Resource Displays, Inc.

Placing your first order on Controls Central is simple. You do not need to create an account first; an account is automatically created when you place your first order online. We also accept orders by phone, fax or email. (Limit to online order only)

ResourceDisplays.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. All orders must be prepaid. If you’re paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

In addition to taking actions on open orders, the Orders section of My Account allows you to review your previous orders and accomplish other order related tasks.

The Settings section of My Account contains links for editing your user name; settings related your e-mail, alerts, and subscription preferences.

Resource Displays is not liable or any direct, indirect, special, or coincidental damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the products ordered from Resource Displays, Inc. All graphics and hardware must be handled very carefully to prevent damages. Hardware and/or graphics malfunction or damages (as listed above) or accidental damages due to handling by customer, Resource Displays Inc. will not be held liable. Resource Display, Inc. is not liable for any damages or loss that results from a third party. Such damages should be addressed to the third party and not Resource Displays, Inc.

Resource Displays, Inc. is not liable or any damages and loss of products in shipping. Such loss or damages should be addressed to the carrier and not Resource Displays, Inc. When placing and order with Resource Displays, Inc. the customer agrees to all the terms, conditions, limitation of liability statement, return and refund policies, and other terms and conditions of Resource Displays, Inc.

In the event that Resource Displays, Inc. mistakenly post or list an incorrect price, Resource Displays, Inc. reserves the right to decline or cancel any order place at that incorrect price whether or not the order that been place, confirmed, and/or charged. In such an event the customer’s credit card has been charged, Resource Displays, Inc. will issue a credit in the original form of payment.
